Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You add a card only when you choose a plan, and it is first charged when the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
If no plan was chosen, the account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see everything and export your data for 60 days. Residents can still pay. Choosing a plan turns everything back on.
How are units counted?
Each building is billed for its units on file, or for the plan's minimum if it has fewer. Adding units or buildings updates the bill, prorated.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch plans at any time (prorated), or cancel at the end of the paid period in Plan & billing.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes. Paying yearly gets you months free; each plan shows how many.
